We developed a technological solution which we called MTI Smart Room, easy to install, which does not require additional work, which works with any type of air conditioning system and brand, which reduces the cost of buildings’ electrical bills, making them more ecological and sustainable and increasing the thermal comfort of its occupants. The MTI Smart Room integrates with hotel systems, allowing for example the control of equipment according to guests’ check-in and check-out, thus eliminating waste and electricity, making tourist accommodation units more sustainable and reducing their ecological footprint.
