Finisterra

Finisterra S.A. is a bivalve aquaculture in the open sea company, focused and specialized in the activities of production, breeding, fattening, commercialization and exportation of bivalves – Mytilus Galloprovinciallis Mussel, native species of Sagres. Finisterra S.A. transforms the vast majority of its aquaculture products, through the processes of (1) pasteurization and vacuum packaging of whole mussel and (2) cooking of mussel kernels.
